个人介绍

孙青原,广东省第二人民医院首席科学顾问、生殖医学中心研究员。国家杰出青年基金获得者,“973”项目首席科学家,中国科学院“百人计划”入选者,新世纪百千万人才工程国家级人选,“十三五”生殖健康与重大出生缺陷重点研发计划专家组成员。

1994年获东北农业大学动物胚胎学理学博士学位。1996年-2001年先后在中国科学院动物研究所、以色列巴伊兰大学、美国密苏里大学、日本农业生物资源研究所等从事博士后或合作研究。1998年12月至2020年9月任中国科学院动物研究所研究员,中国科学院特聘研究员(核心骨干),中国科学院大学岗位教授(首席教授)。历任计划生育生殖生物学国家重点实验室主任、中国动物学会副理事长、生殖生物学分会理事长、细胞及分子显微技术分会理事长、中国解剖学会发育生物学分会副主任委员、第六届国务院学位委员会生物学科评议组成员等。2020年10月调入广东省第二人民医院工作。

长期从事卵子发育、受精和早期胚胎发育的遗传和表观遗传调节研究,先后主持国家重大科学研究计划(973)项目、国家杰出青年基金项目、国家自然科学基金重点项目(3项)等30多个项目或课题。以(共同)通讯作者在Science、Nat Cell Biol、PNAS、Nat Comm、Nat Aging、Cell Death Differ、EHP、eLife、PLoS Genet、Development、JBC、JCS、FASEB J等杂志发表SCI论文440余篇,受邀为领域知名期刊如Hum Reprod Update、Mol Aspect Med、Autophagy、Semin Cell Develop Biol、Mol Endocinol、Mol Hum Reprod、Biol Reprod、JGG等撰写特邀综述或评论。主编参编中英文专著、译著和科普著作22部。连续7年入选爱思唯尔(Elsevier)中国高被引学者榜单(生化、遗传与分子生物学领域)。近5年来担任Biology of Reproduction、Molecular Human Reproduction、Journal of Genetics and Genomics、Molecular Reproduction and Development等16个SCI期刊副主编或编委和6个国内杂志的副主编和编委。

曾获全国优秀博士后、中国科学院青年科学家奖、中国科学院杰出青年、国家留学回国人员成就奖、中国青年科技奖、国家科技计划执行突出贡献奖等荣誉和国家自然科学二等奖1项、省部级一等奖4项、二等奖2项、全国妇幼健康科技奖自然科学一等奖等。
