科室简介

广东省第二人民医院临床流行病与方法学中心（Center for Clinical Epidemiology and Methodology, CCEM）成立于2018年，中心是以扎实的专业技能和高效优质的服务助力医院临床研究质量提升、推动健康研究与成果转化的方法学专业服务与研究平台。中心现有全职工作人员博士两名、硕士四名，指导在读研究生五名；目前主持和参与国内外的科研课题项目十余项；中心成员作为第一作者或通讯作者在Diabetes Care、Diabetologia、PNAS、European Respiratory Journal、Lancet Infectious Diseases、Nature Medicine、European Journal of Epidemiology等国际期刊发表SCI文章100余篇，受聘为ISCB、ESCEO、ISPOR、中华医学会临床流行病学与循证医学分会、世界中联专委会临床疗效评价专委会、中国营养学会营养流行病分会等学会委员；兼任IJCP、Frontiers in Public Health、PAFS、Frontiers in Cardiovascular Medicine、Frontiers in Neurology等杂志的副主编或编委。 

服务内容

中心为医院提供一站式的方法学技术支持和服务，服务范围涉及临床研究、公共卫生研究及循证医学研究，包括研究方案设计、统计分析、质量控制、数据挖掘、临床方法学的探索、证据整合与评价等；同时以临床研究方法学为导向，开展系列方法学的培训和教学活动。中心的总体目标是为医院及科室的学科发展、学术影响力的提升等提供有力的方法与技术支撑。

人员介绍

科室成员：

黎国威：科主任，加拿大McMaster大学博士、博士后，主要研究方向为心脑血管及内分泌疾病、临床研究方法学。

李    帅：中国科学院大学博士，细胞生物学专业，主要研究方向为营养学与糖尿病。

李立康：公共卫生硕士，主要研究方向为心血管疾病和代谢性疾病。曾就职于国家心血管病中心医学统计部。

张静怡：兰州大学社会医学与卫生事业管理学硕士，主要研究方向为临床实践指南和循证卫生政策。

刘颖欣：南方医科大学公共卫生硕士，主要研究方向为医学数据统计和临床研究方法学。

王若婷：香港中文大学流行病学与生物统计学硕士，主要研究方向为心血管疾病和糖尿病。

长期合作者：

许戈阳：教授，科室特聘教授，博士生导师、博士后合作导师。现任暨南大学基础医学与公共卫生学院生物学系主任，主要从事消化内分泌与能量代谢研究。

Gregory YH Lip：教授，英国Liverpool大学教授、心血管研究中心主任，国际心血管疾病尤其是房颤领域的顶级专家。

Lehana Thabane：教授，加拿大McMaster大学教授、HEI系副主任、St. Joseph’s Hamilton医学研究所负责人。主要研究领域为慢性病防治、医学研究方法学、循证医学等。

Pamela S Douglas：教授，美国Duke大学教授、Duke临床研究中心高级委员，国际知名心血管病学家、流行病学家。

Brief introduction

The Center for Clinical Epidemiology and Methodology (CCEM), established in 2018, aims to provide professional service and methodological expertise for clinical research. It is also a research and teaching platform with a wide spectrum of research areas including clinical and population research, evidence-based medicine, biostatistics, and health research methodology. The CCEM currently has six full-time staff (two with a PhD degree and four Master) and various national and international collaborators. Our people have published over 100 peer-reviewed publications, with some in high-profile journals including Diabetes Care, Diabetologia, PNAS, European Respiratory Journal, Lancet Infectious Diseases, Nature Medicine, and European Journal of Epidemiology, to mention a few. We also serve as associate editors or editorial board members of several SCI-indexed journals.
